Softech & Associates is ready to assist customers that are preparing upgrade from IBM FileNet Content Manager 4.5.x due to IBM's announcement that those products have been withdrawn from marketing. IBM announced on November 8, 2011 that the following FileNet Content Manager releases have been withdrawn from marketing on the dates listed below:

Technical support continues to be available. The end of support for these products will be announced a minimum of 12 months before the termination.
